Eric Rogers received his Bachelor of Science degree in Cinema and Video Production in 1992 and has since worked on various personal and professional projects, serving as a writer, director, producer, and cinematographer. He is a Final Cut Pro certified editor and Apple Certified Final Cut Pro trainer. He recently won a Remi from the Worldfest Houston Film Festival for the film, Elizabeth Gunness, which he wrote, produced and directed. The production was fully crewed with Eric's former students from the Fine Arts Center. He has taught Film and Video Production at the Fine Arts Center since 1994 and also serves as the center's webmaster. He instructs his students in scriptwriting, directing, producing, editing, lighting, camera, special effects and cinematography. Computer programs he teaches include, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Soundtrack, DVD Studio Pro, Motion, Live Type, and the iLife programs for Macintosh.
